    Friends are the best. @b.mccaffertyart has proven to be the friend find of the decade! We often get lost in our little world and don’t realize the affect we have in others. Brenda should know that she is a beautiful influence in my life. She’s right about watching for content from people we follow through. I certainly do it. Especially over on YouTube.     Mark your calendars for October 25 at 7 pm! @crownandpressgallery’s Fall Show is happening at the gallery, with new pieces from many artists and a chance to meet them in person. These are some new pieces I have in the show!
    Do this one thing to increase the value of your prints! If you are an artist, embellishing a print will connect with your collector on a different level. This creates a unique piece created just for them. If you are a collector an embellished piece gives you opportunity and access to a handprint piece by the artist you love without the original painting price tag.
    Okay fine, I cheated a little. Nobody can paint that fast! But it was fun!
    I want to paint this in both abstract and my traditional style! I cannot wait to fling paint at a canvas in my studio in the next few weeks. Remarkably I have never painted Koi Fish. I think it’s going to be fun. Stay tuned!
